Just wondering if there is a file system for the documents at all? So that we can place all relative docs into the folder and keep them separated from less related docs? Or perhaps there is a better solution that we haven't thought of.
The example for us is that we've been working on a condo deal and we have been receiving the condo docs slowly one at a time. Unfortunately, this speckles the document list with the odd condo doc as we upload them as they come in. We like to email them to the client directly from Repree so that we have our service record all in one place.
The easiest way to do this is probably to create a transaction folder called “Condo Docs”, and just put them in there. Yo uwould be able to email directly out from there as well. Let us know if you have any further questions!
